8 BDT Terms & Conditions — The Complete Platform Usage Guide

By using the 8 BDT website or app, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. This agreement is legally binding between 8 BDT (the operating company) and the member.

8 BDT is an online Sports Betting and entertainment platform serving the Bangladesh market. All our operations are guided by a commitment to transparency. These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically, and members will be notified of any changes via email or an in-platform notification.

The following conditions must be met to open an account with 8 BDT:

• The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided on the registration form must be accurate and truthful.
• Each individual may only create one account.
• Accounts are for personal use only — use on behalf of another person or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be verified.
• If multiple accounts are detected from the same IP address, both accounts will be subject to investigation.

8 BDT strictly upholds a policy of keeping minors away from betting. This is the most important part of our social responsibility commitment.

If a minor registers using false information and this is later proven, all transactions on that account will be cancelled and no funds will be refunded. 8 BDT reserves the right to take legal action in such cases.

Deposits at 8 BDT can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT only)
• Maximum single deposit: ৳ 50,000
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• Deposits made by third parties are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• 8 BDT does not charge any additional fees on deposits.

8 BDT is committed to ensuring fast and secure withdrawals at all times. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Processing is typically completed within 1 hour.
• Large withdrawals (৳50,000+) may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals may be held if your account has not completed KYC verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonuses at 8 BDT are a special benefit for members. However, each bonus is subject to specific terms:

• New Member Bonus: Up to 150% on your first deposit. Wagering: 10x.
• Reload Bonus: Up to 50% on your next deposit. Weekly.
• Cashback Bonus: 10% of weekly net losses. No wagering requirements.
• Bonuses not used within 30 days of being received will expire.
• The same promotion cannot be used more than once.
• 8 BDT reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply when placing bets on 8 BDT and cover all types of betting — cricket, football, tennis, and any other sport:

• Minimum bet: ৳50; Maximum bet: varies by market and event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• In the case of a tie or draw, the bet amount is refunded (unless the draw is included as a market option).
• In Live Betting, odds can change rapidly, so the odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are final.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system or technical error, 8 BDT reserves the right to cancel that bet.

8 BDT operates a zero-tolerance policy against fraud. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.

Members may close their own account at any time. Additionally, 8 BDT may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following cases:

• If a breach of terms and conditions is proven.
• If KYC verification is incomplete or the member refuses to provide required information.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• When a self-exclusion request is submitted under the Responsible Betting section.

To close your account, please contact our support team. All outstanding balances must be settled beforehand.

8 BDT places the highest priority on protecting members' personal data. We never sell member information to third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy View page.

8 BDT strives to maintain maximum uptime; however, service interruptions may occur under the following circumstances:

• Scheduled maintenance is currently underway.
• In the event of an unexpected technical error.
• During third-party payment gateway outages.

8 BDT is not liable for bet losses during service disruptions. However, if you are clearly affected by a system error, please contact customer support.

8 BDT believes betting is for entertainment — not a livelihood. We offer our members the following:

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly betting limits.
• Temporary account cooling-off (break) for a set period.
• Option to request permanent self-exclusion.
• Professional counselling referrals for bettors in need.

8 BDT takes all member complaints seriously. Steps for resolving disputes:

• Step 1: Contact our customer support team directly via live chat or email.
• Step 2: If not resolved within 48 hours, submit a formal complaint.
• Step Three: The 8 BDT Compliance Team will issue a final decision within 7 business days.

All decisions made by 8 BDT are final and binding.

8 BDT reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of any changes:

• The member will be notified via email or platform notification.
• The effective date of any changes will be clearly stated.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
